Note from the composers:
"Written in 2018 as part of our residency at the 2018 International Toy Piano festival. This work was inspired by our time at the Boyd Hill Preserve in St. Petersburg, Florida. It is still a work in progress with electronic sounds taken from field recordings of the surrounding environment. Additional speaking parts were provided by friends and public domain sources. Lastly, certain parts were inspired by submissions from our #picturethis project to make this a composition that we are truly happy to share with our supporters. Performed live on January 6th, 2018 live at the Pinellas Pioneer Settlement. We hope to see this piece grow and expand in the future."
